The possible schedule for the Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh has been revealed.
According to media reports, the Bangladeshi cricket team will arrive in
Pakistan on August 17. The first Test match is expected to be on August 21, the
second Test on August 30, and the last Test match on September 3.
The series between the two teams is part of the ICC World Test Championship
2023-2025.
Earlier, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi confirmed in a media briefing in Lahore
that Gaddafi Stadium will not be hosting the Pakistan-Bangladesh series matches
due to ongoing upgrades.
The matches of the three-match series can be scheduled in Karachi, Multan,
and Rawalpindi.
It is noteworthy that since 2001, the teams of Pakistan and Bangladesh have
faced each other 13 times in Test matches on home ground, with Pakistan
remaining undefeated, while one Test match was drawn.
